Brody Gustafson joined the firm in 2017 as a legal intern and in 2019 as an associate. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2019 and graduated with distinction. Brody was a member of the American Indian Law Review and served as Chief Justice of the University of Oklahoma Student Government Association Superior Court. He was also selected to participate in the American Indian Estates Clinic. He traveled across Oklahoma preparing wills and navigating probates for tribal members.
Prior to OU Law, Brody taught AP European History and AP Government at Putnam City North High School. He graduated with a BS in Social Studies Education from Oklahoma Christian University in December 2010. At OC, he was a member of Chi Lambda Phi and directed the winning show at Spring Sing 2010.
Brody grew up in Hutchinson, Kansas, and now lives in Edmond with his wife, Katy and their two kids, Park and Guy. He is an active member of Memorial Road Church of Christ where he leads a small group and is chairman of his Sunday School class.
